Honey Process

The Pulped Natural process tends to add sweet notes to the coffee. The final cup is quite aromatic and will evoque the flavor of chocolate, brown sugar, spice and cedarwood.

Natural Dry

The process adds to the coffee fruitiness and sweetness regardless of variety and region. You might encounter flavors such as blueberry, strawberry, tropical fruits and honey.

Natural Washed

The process highlights the true character of single origin beans and generally produces the highest quality coffees. It leads to bright and acidic flavors, frutier and white wine like.
